Employee Development Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Development Specialist to coordinate training logistics, maintain records, and deliver engaging learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support organisational-wide events for employees, including training programs.
  • Schedule and communicate with facilitators, ensuring timely delivery of sessions.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and assist with compliance tracking.
  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
  • Produce and distribute relevant learning materials and evaluation forms.
  • Update and manage content on the Learning Management System.
  • Support onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
  • Contribute to internal communications promoting learning and growth.

About You
  • Previous experience in administration, HR, or learning support roles is required.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools is expected.
