We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.

About the Role:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate management, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Support onboarding processes, including inductions, documentation, and orientation programs.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in resolving workplace concerns in line with policies and legislation.
  • Support engagement, recognition, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Assist with payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and injury claim management.
  • Promote safety awareness and support WHS programs.
  • Support training programs, maintain training records, and assist with learning initiatives.
About You:

You're a proactive and people-focused individual with 1–3 years' experience in Human Resources or a related field. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you balance professionalism with a warm, approachable style, building strong relationships at all levels. You're confident navigating HRIS and payroll systems and have a solid understanding of employment legislation and Modern Awards.
