**About the role**

As a technical training specialist your role will be focused on the delivery of technical & trouble shooting assistance, detailed product, parts information and warranty assistance to a broad base of internal and external stakeholders via phone calls and cases management in our CRM and training sessions.

Your service experience and knowledge of the Zip product range will well equip you to provide a high level of fault finding client indifferences. Whilst supporting and developing internal stakeholders (Customer Care, Sales & Service teams) through front line support and training sessions for the internal team.

Additionally, you will be required to provide training and support for External stakeholders onsite and offsite from time to time.

The overall purpose of the role is to better equip our staff and client's to deliver a greater customer experience and

strengthen our brand position.

**Skills & experience**
- Trade qualified: Either: Electrician, Plumber, Refrigeration Mechanic or Appliance Servicing. (highly desirable)
- Cert 4 in Training and Assessment or willing to obtain (highly desirable)
- Good collaboration between internal and external parties
- High organizational and time management skills
- Developing and training of others
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- CRM knowledge and sound computer skills
- Current drivers licence
- An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
