About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As the Head of Channel Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence for Brighte.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and development: Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Market research: Identify opportunities and develop and manage sales and marketing budgets while staying informed on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, identify training needs, and implement development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Sales and marketing management: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, oversee the sales process, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and establish KPIs for sales and marketing activities.
  • Marketing management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage brand management, content creation, and oversee the sales and marketing process.
