This key role will deliver impactful employee engagement experiences, focusing on building a culture of belonging and inclusivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing informed, concise, and well-structured communication content for cyclical and people communications.
- Ensuring relevant, appropriate, and informative communication channels.
- Providing communications support for important Employee Experience and People projects.
- Planning and implementing clear and compelling internal communications.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to design and develop internal communications for people team initiatives.
Requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field.
- Approximately 5+ years' experience in a communications role.
- Ability to craft high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining communications campaigns.
