Senior Regional Health and Safety Manager

Warehouse Health and Safety Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving regional health and safety strategies that protect personnel, safeguard assets, and support business growth.
This role designs forward-thinking, risk-based WHSE programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. It plays a critical leadership role in overseeing health and safety governance for major business and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and customer expectations.
- Design, implement, and manage region-wide, best practice forward-looking WHSE programs aligned to business goals, values, and compliance obligations.
- Develop and promote a culture of proactive risk identification, prevention, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global WHSE leaders to align APAC initiatives with global strategies and frameworks.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience in designing and implementing WHSE programs. They will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
