Reporting to the General Manager HSW, you'll manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.Key ResponsibilitiesBased in Sydney, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across NSW/ACT & QLD/WADeliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systemsOversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagementBuild leader capability and shape organisational safety cultureSkills & ExperienceDegree in OHS or equivalent10+ years in senior WHS leadership rolesStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and complianceProven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholdersIf you're a strategic HSW leader with a track record of building capability and delivering safety outcomes, we'd like to hear from you.Apply now to lead safety excellence across the region.
