About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Regional Manager – Health, Safety & Wellbeing
to lead safety strategy and operational delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager HSW, you'll manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Based in Sydney, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across NSW/ACT & QLD/WA
Deliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systems
Oversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagement
Build leader capability and shape organisational safety culture
Skills & Experience
Degree in OHS or equivalent
10+ years in senior WHS leadership roles
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance
Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
