**Regional Health and Safety Manager Role**:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Health and Safety Manager to play a vital role in our Central Region. This position will see you work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective management of Health, Safety, Environment and Worker's Compensation requirements.

This role is based in Fairfield or Rutherford with intermittent travel to our Regional Branches and customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Working closely with National Health and Safety Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to implement key strategic initiatives.
  • Analysing regional data to identify emerging issues and developing an annual regional HSE continuous improvement strategic plan.
  • Driving a safety culture through effective engagement and building strong relationships with line leaders and the HSE team.

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need To Have:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety.
  • Proven industry experience in workplace health and safety in a leadership role.
  • Experience engaging and building trustful relationships and the ability to work effectively with both senior internal and external stakeholders.
