Role Overview:

The Sydney Tower Eye is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member who will serve as an Ambassador for Exceptional Guest Experience. As a Skywalk Guide, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests at the attraction and providing them with exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Managing queues and operating the 4D Cinema in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conducting independent SKYWALK tours from Sydney's Ultimate Viewpoint, showcasing breathtaking views of the city.
  • Providing clear and effective communication to minimize all risk of misunderstandings.
  • Adhering to core values through language, behavior, and actions.
  • Following all health, safety, and security practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service with a focus on fun.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Experience in a similar role and exposure within tourism is ideal.
