Guest Service Agent Role Overview

This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering memorable service.

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for anticipating and meeting the needs and desires of our guests, ensuring room requirements are fulfilled, and maintaining the established high standard of service.

  • Anticipate and attend to guest's needs and desires immediately.
  • Offer a warm and friendly salutation to hotel guests as they enter and depart from the Hotel.
  • Check guests in and out with efficiency and friendliness and in accordance with the established Hotel procedural guidelines.

A close collaboration with various departments, including Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance, is essential to ensure that our rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating any guest special requests to the appropriate department(s) and following up to ensure the request has been fulfilled.
  • Actioning all guest messages and facsimiles promptly.
  • Communicating pertinent guest comments, particularly guest complaints, to Hotel management.
