Are you a passionate individual with a warm personality and a touch of playfulness? We're looking for someone who embodies an ethos where exceptional service comes from their personality and style.

Your Opportunity:

  • Facilitate exceptional hospitality and service by enhancing the guest experience with a focus on our elite members, VIPs, and suite-paying guests.
  • Work as a member of the Guest Experience Department, supporting several aspects of the Sales and Marketing Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all VIP and Entertainment guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  2. Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate and file room keys.
  3. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Identify and explain room features to guests.
  4. Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  5. Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and ensure they are resolved.

Requirements:

  • A solid knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, and other hotel features and guest facilities.
  • The ability to respond to and recover Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time hours: 20 per week.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 star hotel experience: 1 year (required).
