As the Head of Engagement and User Experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive engagement strategy to drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product engagement strategy to drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction on SBS On Demand.
- Leverage data analytics tools and user behaviour analysis to gain insights into user engagement patterns, preferences, and trends.
- Lead a high-performing team of engagement and analytics specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective user onboarding and retention strategies.
- Work with the Head of Curation and content teams to optimise content discovery and recommendation algorithms.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement and retention, and develop regular reports and dashboards to track progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in driving product engagement and retention in the digital media industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging data analytics tools and user behaviour analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
