Job Title: Office Manager

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance and administration team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general finance tasks, including reconciliation of daily banking, financial transactions statements, wholesaler payments, and finalizing customer refunds.
  • Monitor and manage booking queues, including schedule changes.
  • Organize team trips and events, both onsite and offsite, and implement team incentives.
  • Liaise with airlines and travel suppliers to handle general service requests.
  • Process invoices, tickets, and booking maintenance.
  • Send pre-departure checklists to customers and review their bookings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Travel Admin Assistants and Finance Assistants to help manage their workload and priorities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Admin team.
  • Perform all administration-related tasks to maintain emails, client records, and undertake general office administration duties.
Requirements:
  • Experience from the travel industry in international travel consultancy or finance/administration.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Demonstrated administration background.
  • 'Tramada' mid-office knowledge.
  • Ideal experience with a Global Distribution System (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
  • Experience with accounting/bookkeeping/finance tasks, including reconciling financial statements.
Package:

Competitive and flexible salary depending on experience of circa $75,000 - $82,000 + super + bonus ($2,500 - $5,000).

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a hybrid work arrangement.
