Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Project Management Standards
- Establish and maintain consistent project management standards, guidelines, procedures, and templates that align with our Portfolio Program Project Management Framework.
- Facilitate Project Management Document Approvals
- Coordinate the review and approval of project management documents, ensuring compliance with our framework and standards.
- Coordinate Project Start-up and Closure
- Support the project start-up and closure process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with Project Managers
- Work closely with project managers to update financial forecasts, reconcile project costs, analyze cost variance, and update financial data as required.
- Monitor Project Progress and Provide Quality Assurance
- Regularly review project progress, ensuring that projects are on track to meet their objectives and that quality standards are met.
- Ensure Project Information Meets Quality Standards
- Verify that project information meets the quality standards required of our Portfolio Management Office, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience
- Proven experience providing effective project management support, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Broad Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience Developing Project Management Guidelines
- Experience developing project management guidelines, procedures, and templates, with a focus on improving project delivery and quality.
- Experience Using PPM Tools

- Experience in Project Financial Management

- Experience in Records Management
