About the Role

The Office for Early Childhood Development is seeking a highly skilled Talent Attraction and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing key recruitment projects in alignment with our Talent Attraction and Recruitment Strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instrumental recruitment support by coordinating and managing key recruitment projects
  • Execute talent attraction, candidate management, and recruitment activities to achieve desired recruitment and organisational outcomes
  • Conduct talent pipelining activities using resourcing and attraction platforms, systems, and measures to identify and attract applicants
  • Manage and coordinate a high volume of applicants for a range of critical vacancies with professionalism, transparency, efficiency, authenticity, and confidence
Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide recruitment advice and advisory to key internal stakeholders
  • Confident in providing advice and consultation that support stakeholders in making informed recruitment and hiring decisions
  • High level of understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • General understanding of talent attraction strategies and the recruitment funnel
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating significant bulk or volume recruitment projects and/or programs
