Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, your role is essential in creating a professional and warm experience from the moment someone walks through our door or calls the office.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answering and directing phone calls with clarity and discretion, managing meeting rooms and ensuring spaces are presentable, handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, providing administrative support such as scanning and document preparation, ordering office supplies and assisting with general office upkeep, and performing ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-presented, with a professional and courteous manner
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support
