Are you an organized and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team
- Manage the front office, including complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management, training, rostering, and timesheet approvals.
- Ensure exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during stay, setting high standards for the hotel's vibrant atmosphere.
- Create memorable experiences for guests by thoughtfully tailoring their stay.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Oversee the front office operations, including managing complaints and problems.
- Lead by example and set high standards for guest services.
- Identify new sales leads and encourage the team to do the same.
- Manage emergency situations in a safe and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with teammates and guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Approved Australian working rights.
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within the first month.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain within the first month.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including public holidays on rotation.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes.
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills.
