Job Opportunity

SG Fleet is seeking a skilled professional to manage and review the portfolio of customers allocated. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer requests, proactively managing the client relationship while maximising renewals and organic growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the portfolio of customers to deliver professional fleet management services, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for all client requests.
  • Capture business potential of clients and maximise renewals while improving margins. Support Relationship Managers to upsell other products and services to existing clients.
  • Regularly review a client's fleet through effective reporting; address exceptions by managing key reports such as odometer readings, utilisation, services due/overdue, fuel and surplus vehicle reporting.
  • Prepare quotations within required turnaround times and record outcomes via the won/lost business template.
  • Manage future vehicle terminations and restructures in line with best practice fleet management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school certificate or any tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to meet deadlines and report progress.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with good listening and probing skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
