About This Opportunity

This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining data analysis and reporting, fostering strong collaboration between the Client Relationship Management teams, General Manager Government and Contracts. A primary focus on fleet data and process enhancement is essential to ensure SG Fleet delivers superior products while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities include monitoring client service standards to identify areas requiring improvement, contributing to profitable growth through analysis of key fleet data, Contract activities, and change management in accordance with clients and SG Fleet's strategic plans.

Essential Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce or business-related discipline or equivalent
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of the car industry
  • High level IT proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the Australian fleet management, FBT and salary packaging environment
