Exceptional Guest Experience Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop skills in guest relations, problem-solving, and time management. You will also have the chance to work with our team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Provide excellent guest service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Process check-in and check-out functions, including general cashiering and processing of guest accounts.
- Handle guest complaints and provide service recovery when applicable.
- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and maintain good relations between departments.
- Excellent personal presentation and positive energy.
- Proven skills in guest relations, problem-solving, and time management.
- Previous experience working in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
