This seasonal casual role offers a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.

The Concierge Team Member will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers, welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs, providing directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience, promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Greeting and Assistance: Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs, provide directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services to customers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Availability: Full availability from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays is preferred.
  • Confidence and Initiative: Our ideal candidates feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting and are always ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience.

This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
