About the Role

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and stakeholders.
  • Quoting availability and rates to our customers and responding to general enquiries by phone and email.
  • Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy.
  • Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts.
  • Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest.
  • The sale of third-party products and merchandise as required.
  • Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists.
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous reservations and/or front office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Heaps of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
