To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of one year's experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
• A qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent
• The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality control
