Technical Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers across various industries, including supermarkets, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, and aged care.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your duties will include installing, maintaining, and servicing equipment, as well as conducting training sessions and documenting all formal and on-the-job training sessions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Installing, maintaining, and servicing equipment
  • Conducting training sessions and documenting training records
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and call details
  • Reporting incidents and accidents
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Technical competence in installing water fed dispensing systems, wall mounted dispensers, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Intermediate computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
