Job Title: CRM & Loyalty Manager

Role Overview:

This role involves owning the end-to-end CRM strategy across various channels. The goal is to design and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.

Loyalty Program Management:

The manager will define the loyalty strategy, benefits, and value proposition across brands. They will lead the evolution and day-to-day management of the loyalty program, including monitoring performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and informing future strategy.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

The CRM campaign calendar will be owned by the manager, ensuring timely, relevant, and brand-aligned communications. The manager will conduct A/B testing and optimization to maximize open, click, and conversion rates.

Data, Reporting & Insights:

Deliver actionable insights and reporting to senior stakeholders on campaign and loyalty performance. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor CRM & Loyalty team members, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful customer experiences.
