About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive brand performance across digital, trade, and sampling channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual brand assessments and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
  • Lead innovation projects from concept through to launch, ensuring successful market execution
  • Develop and execute Always-On digital marketing strategies for Australia and New Zealand markets
  • Design and implement trade marketing materials and activations tailored to individual retailers
  • Conduct thorough sampling strategies across multiple channels to maximize consumer engagement
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and consumer metrics
  • Evaluate consumer research data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align project execution
  • Assist in financial tracking, purchase order management, and commercial reporting processes
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and media channel strategies
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on approach to collaboration
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aztec, IRI, or SAP is an asset
