
Marketing Performance Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive brand performance across digital, trade, and sampling channels.
Key Responsibilities- Support annual brand assessments and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
- Lead innovation projects from concept through to launch, ensuring successful market execution
- Develop and execute Always-On digital marketing strategies for Australia and New Zealand markets
- Design and implement trade marketing materials and activations tailored to individual retailers
- Conduct thorough sampling strategies across multiple channels to maximize consumer engagement
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and consumer metrics
- Evaluate consumer research data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align project execution
- Assist in financial tracking, purchase order management, and commercial reporting processes
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field of study
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and media channel strategies
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and hands-on approach to collaboration
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aztec, IRI, or SAP is an asset
