About This Role

This dynamic position focuses on driving brand performance across various channels. The ideal candidate will lead innovation projects, contribute to strategic planning, and bring consumer insights to life through impactful marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual brand assessments and contribute to brand and category planning strategies
  • Lead assigned new product development (NPD) projects from concept to launch
  • Manage ongoing digital marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
  • Develop trade marketing materials and execute retailer-specific promotions
  • Plan and deliver sampling strategies across multiple channels
  • Track and report on campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics
  • Conduct and support consumer research to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align execution plans
  • Assist in financial tracking, purchase order management, and commercial reporting activities
  • Contribute to retailer presentations and support commercial performance targets
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and media channel strategies
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aztec, IRI, or SAP is an advantage
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environments
