Lead Performance Marketing Manager

KASH is a user acquisition platform for gaming and app companies. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our media buying efforts.

This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across key platforms with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of user behavior, refining targeting strategies, improving ROI, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

We are looking for someone who can lead the development, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and drive business growth through effective campaign execution.

This individual will work closely with our core team to improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and align on features that complement marketing efforts.

About the Role
  • Develop, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize audience targeting and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment, focusing on high-converting segments while scaling back underperforming ones.
  • Collaborate with our core team to improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and align on features that complement marketing efforts.
  • Drive App Store Optimization initiatives to boost app visibility and increase downloads.
  • Innovate with event structures and advanced bidding techniques to enhance the efficiency of cost-per-acquisition campaigns.
Requirements
  • Over 4/5 years of experience in mobile advertising with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success managing paid mobile marketing campaigns across platforms including networks like IronSource.
  • Hands-on expertise in working with mobile measurement partners such as Appsflyer or Adjust.
  • Proven skills in App Store Optimization to improve discoverability and download rates.
  • A data-driven approach with experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights through clear reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile attribution and performance tracking methods.
  • A proven history of managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns across diverse advertising networks.
  • A passion for mobile apps with a stay-up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the app ecosystem.
