Digital Marketing Specialist
Our team seeks a hands-on digital marketer to drive performance marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives.
You'll be leading the full lifecycle of advertising and paid lead generation campaigns, from crafting plans, executing campaigns and handling analysis and reporting.
The RoleWe're looking for a collaborative individual who can plan and execute multi-platform ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google. You'll partner with designers to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for different audience segments.
- Monitor performance, budgets and bids to maximise ROI, using audience targeting and retargeting techniques.
- Build and refine high-converting ad funnels to nurture leads through the sales journey.
- Research and trial innovative lead generation channels.
- Audit and refine Google Analytics and paid ad platform setup to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, tracking ad spend and identifying key trends.
- Analyse data to refine plans and ensure continuous A/B testing and iterative improvements.
We want you to have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing to refine ad copy, bid strategies and user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns while optimising performance and budgets.
