We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer bookings and scheduling inquiries with relevant team members and customers.
  • Arrange service booking calls for customers and rental machines.
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians for customer service calls.
  • Maintain database accuracy and ensure timely input of new customers into the system.
  • Process invoices accurately and promptly following company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II and III in Business Administration would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to excellence with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills.
  • Team player with general office and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
