Service Coordinator

An opportunity has risen for a service coordinator to join our team based in Perth, reporting to the manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient profitable operation of this area of our business.
This role:
This will include but not limited to
- Managing all customers enquiries/complaints and organising solutions with total ownership through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointment and ensure technicians attend as scheduled.
- Accurately maintaining the services data bases and spreadsheets.
- Obtaining pricing and prepare quotes for system repairs.
- Raising purchase orders and consulting with suppliers to order and purchase spare parts.
- Checking all sub-contractors invoicing against work completed.
The successful applicant must possess the following
- Total commitment to customer satisfaction, and a proven customer service ethic
- Be self-motivated and a problem solver
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient Microsoft office skills (Word, excel and outlook) Myob experience desirable
- Ability to work autonomously or as a team player
- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role, Hvac/construction industry Would be advantageous
