Key Responsibilities

  • Setting the Direction: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for SHEQ aligned with our excellence framework.
  • Inspiring a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of three, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Owning Compliance & Standards: Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, ensuring full regulatory and internal alignment.
  • Driving Sustainability Forward: Lead innovative recycling programs, reduce waste, and support net zero ambitions.
  • Building Capability & Resilience: Deliver engaging training, lead audits, and strengthen crisis and continuity planning.

Requirements

  • Degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials preferred.
  • Proven experience in SHEQ systems, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
