Job Description

Production Assistants support Portfolio Directors and Heads of Content/Senior Producers with end-to-end speaker logistics, including coordinating preparation calls and collecting presentations.

They also help manage speakers' experiences at events, ensuring a seamless delivery of the agenda.

Liaising with high-level stakeholders, such as representatives from governments and international institutions, is also a key responsibility.

Maintaining and updating agendas, session content, and website information in a timely manner is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar production or event coordination roles
  • Experience working with government entities, international institutions, or intergovernmental organisations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with senior-level stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and in multicultural teams
