Strategic Quality and Risk Leader
The organization seeks a seasoned professional to play a strategic leadership role in the development, monitoring and evaluation of quality, risk and consumer experience frameworks and policies.
This position works collaboratively with executive teams, managers and staff to promote a culture that facilitates the delivery of best care through the implementation of effective quality governance systems.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in translating organizational strategy into meaningful long term plans and objectives, as well as coaching and mentoring others.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational wide quality frameworks and policies.
- Work with managers and health professionals to ensure effective quality governance systems are in place.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure integrated organizational risk management.
- Support and maintain consumer engagement and their experience at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification at degree/diploma level in clinical, risk management, education, business management, health administration or similar.
- Experience in health sector environments with an understanding of governance and accreditation systems and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams and drive organizational change.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including high level communication and influencing skills, systems thinking, innovative problem solving and analytics.
