Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Administrator to join our team in South Australia. This role will be responsible for supporting our Telecommunications infrastructure delivery team.

  • Raising purchase orders for materials and sundry items job costing and sending to supplier
  • Recording and maintaining subcontractor and supplier information including insurance policies within our systems
  • Allocation and reconciliation of personnel and plant utilisation and costs to projects
  • Assisting in the preparation of subcontract agreements and administration of monthly progress claims
  • Preparation of monthly contract progress claims
  • Processing basic and routine functions related to accounts payable and other general business administration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good IT skills and advanced skills in Excel and Word
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning software will be an advantage
  • A high level of personal motivation
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to problem solve
