Job Opportunity

A reputable organization seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of telecommunications construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including contract administration, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the interplay between power infrastructure, contract management, and relevant authorities.
  • Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters.
  • Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.
  • Proven track record in successful project management.
  • Solid understanding of network facilities establishment.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee large design and delivery programs, including monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality.
  • Strong negotiation skills at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Managing multiple projects from conception through design and delivery.
  • Coordinating with internal business units and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the telecommunications construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
