Unified Communications Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications professional to join our team. As a UC specialist, you'll work closely with us and our clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, support, and enhance UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customers
  • Provide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and associated technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of Unified Communications problems
  • Be involved in occasional project work in the UC space

Requirements:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and unified communications
  • Be proficient in UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Have solid experience troubleshooting problems and performing changes in and for UCaaS solutions
  • Knowledge in Zoom and/or Teams is essential; experience with Mitel gets bonus points, and experience with Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, and Avaya could be useful
  • Hold a solid understanding of most of the following technologies:
    • VMWare vCenter/ESXi
    • Networking (DHCP, Vlans, HP Switches, Meraki)
    • SIP Trunking/Devices
    • Fax over IP (FoIP)
  • Be self-motivated, autonomous, and a team player
  • Dedication coupled with a results-focused mindset
  • Great communicator with outstanding spoken and written English skills
