Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of event logistics, including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management
  • Liaison with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored event plans
  • Coordination of all aspects of events, from setup to breakdown
  • Maintenance of a list of suppliers to support large-scale events
  • Support with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite
