Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor/Events Coordinator

We put the world on vacation at a leading resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service standards. You will also be responsible for proactively seeking and securing bookings through sales calls, telephone outreach, and guest relations activities.

This role will involve:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all venue enquiries, bookings, and coordination\
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and developing tailored event plans\
  • Coordinating logistical elements of events, including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management\
  • Ensuring the venue is set up and presented to the highest standards for each event\
  • Monitoring budgets and providing regular progress updates to clients\
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and making recommendations for venue improvements\
  • Maintaining a list of suppliers to support large events\
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed\
  • Creating unique opportunities and experiences to showcase the resort as a premier function space\
  • Promoting the resort at local tourism engagement opportunities and attending trade events\
  • Gathering post-event feedback for continual business improvement\
  • Managing restaurant reservations and responding to customer inquiries\
  • Ensuring high visitor satisfaction and managing the Front of House team to ensure smooth running of daily operations\
  • Managing opening and closing tasks for the restaurant\
  • Contributing to content creation for social media\
  • Complying with organizational policies and procedures\
