**Event Planning Role**
At our premium farm-stay experience, guests have the opportunity to reconnect with nature and enjoy local produce in beautifully presented accommodation.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings, tailored to clients' unique needs and expectations.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee all logistical aspects of events, such as guest lists, invitations, accommodations, transportation, and on-site support.
Monitor expenses to ensure they remain within approved limits.
Prepare cost estimates and financial reports for clients.
Supervise event setup and breakdown. Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on event progress, address concerns, and obtain feedback.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events. Gather feedback from clients and attendees to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role in event planning and execution.
