Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers across QLD, NT, and Northern NSW regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical equipment, including CT and Ultrasound systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in the sales process and provide expert technical advice to customers.
  • Manage and resolve technical escalations efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through continuous training and development.
About the Role

This is a critical customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a Restricted Electrical License and a full AU drivers license.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
What We Offer

As a Technical Support Specialist at Philips, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
