We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operational Excellence to lead our team in driving service delivery, process transformation, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement processes that ensure consistent service delivery across multiple teams.
- Oversee capacity planning, hiring, and onboarding to maintain service capacity and excellence.
- Recognised degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven leadership in operations management with a strong track record of scaling teams, systems, and service delivery in complex environments.
- Extensive people leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and drive accountability.
