Operations Director Opportunity

Our organization seeks a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead the development and optimization of our operational systems, enabling us to scale and achieve future growth milestones.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations across logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service departments, ensuring seamless execution.
  2. Manage relationships with suppliers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to guarantee timely deliveries and exceptional service quality.
  3. Monitor inventory levels across Shopify and retail distribution partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Design and implement scalable systems for order fulfillment, returns, and post-purchase support, streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to synchronize campaigns, Klayvio workflows, and META tracking with operational readiness.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant international regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining a strong reputation.
  7. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report directly to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency gains, cost reduction, and enhanced customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness sectors, demonstrating a passion for building and scaling global operations from the ground up.
