Intensive Care Nursing Team Lead

As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care in our intensive care unit.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the nursing team at the ward or unit level, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage operational functions and processes of the ward or unit, ensuring seamless execution.
- Demonstrate extensive nursing/midwifery expertise and knowledge, applying this to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
- Understand and acknowledge that patients are at the forefront of service delivery, prioritizing their needs above all else.
- Exhibit professional integrity, ethical conduct, accountability, advocacy, and enable others to do the same.
- Cultivate effective relationships and foster a culture of inclusivity within the team.
