Are you an HR professional looking for a challenging role that allows you to make a difference?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality HR services and support the achievement of business objectives.

This includes implementing HR strategies and frameworks across the organization, coaching and advising managers on best practice people management, and supporting them to effectively manage conduct and performance issues and change management initiatives.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business success.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining and revising policies and procedures, and undertaking internal audits and accreditation requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to the role, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and provide excellent client service.
