Job Title: APS4 Policy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team at DFP Recruitment. As a Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of policies and strategies within a designated project area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of legislation, policies, reports, and strategies to inform policy design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement teams and external suppliers, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to the development of briefings, reports, business cases, and other executive materials to support policy decision-making.
  • Design and deliver presentations, meetings, and workshops to engage stakeholders and promote policy understanding.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and develop effective policy solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant social sciences degree and experience in policy analysis and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
