Business Analyst Opportunity in Surry Hills

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Surry Hills, working with a large Federal Government Agency. This 12-month assignment offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive hourly rate of $60.26 plus super.

About the Role

The APS6 Business Analyst will be accountable for undertaking complex work, guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and precedents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing reports and analysing results using statistical techniques.
  • Coordinating divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor performance outcomes.
  • Developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual and policy environments.
  • Translating business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Designing and delivering workshops and communication resources.
  • Establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes.
