The Opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Homebush, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and schedule large numbers of hours over a site portfolio.
  • Maintain and update rosters according to contractual requirements.
  • Provide operations support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply award interpretation and enforce compliance.
  • Resolve payroll queries, process TRI Invoices, and review Core Hours for P&L purposes.
  • Coordinate training and site-specific inductions as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients and staff to ensure positive relationships.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in rostering and coordination.
  • Prior experience in the Security Industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A driven, solution-oriented mindset with innovative thinking.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
