Rip Curl, the Ultimate Surfing Company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated full-time Assistant Retail Manager to assist managing our Sydney International Airport Store.

**About the Role**

  • Ensure the overall profitable operation and management of the store, leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
  • Drive results so sales targets are met and reporting results as required.
  • Rosters and staff recruitment and development.
  • Support your store manager in training and coaching your crew.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage store operations to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Liaise with store staff and provide guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with store management to achieve business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management, preferably in a similar airport environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

**Benefits**

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
